The Mackenzie house is located in a prime location
on the corner of St. Cuthbert and Castle Streets overlooking a park,
the harbour, and adjacent to the MacLellan Castle. On the ground
floor is the Corner Gallery which specializes in designer knitwear.
The entrance off the street leads into pleasant lobby with tiled
floor. Stairs lead down to the laundry and up to the
main liviing area with sitting room, kitchen/dining, and a large bath.
There is seating for 8 in the dining room and the sitting room which
is equipped with a TV, DVD, CD, and radio.
  
  
GOURMET
KITCHEN / DINING / STAIRS TO BEDROOMS
The kitchen/dining room was completely
renovated in 2007. There is
a beautiful new high-end range, large refridgerator/freezer, dishwasher,
sink, spacious cabinets, and good quality cooking pans, utensils, china,

●Bedroom 2 - One Double-bed (a short double)
●Bedroom 3 - One Double-bed (a short double)
All linens are provided. Each room has a wardrobe, dresser, and mirror.
 
  
BATHROOMS
On the main floor is a large bathroom with
large claw-foot tub, new walk-in glass-enclosed
shower, sink, and toilet. The upper level bathroom has a
sink and toilet. Both have heated towel racks.
